Dr. Brian Waterman Joins the AOSSM Education Committee
Dr. Brian Waterman is pleased to announce his appointment to the Education Committee of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM). This new role reflects his continued commitment to advancing education, collaboration, and excellence in orthopaedic sports medicine.
AOSSM is a leading professional organization dedicated to sports medicine education, research, communication, and fellowship. Its Education Committee helps identify, develop, administer, and evaluate the Society’s live continuing medical education and non-CME activities, excluding the Annual Meeting and Specialty Day. The committee also oversees instructional courses at the AOSSM Annual Meeting and supports national and international educational outreach.
As a member of the committee, Dr. Waterman will collaborate with fellow orthopaedic sports medicine leaders to evaluate educational needs, develop relevant programming, identify expert faculty, and help deliver high-quality learning opportunities for surgeons and other healthcare professionals who care for athletes and active individuals.
